It’s been a confusing few days as far as John Cena and Nikki Bella’s relationship is concerned. It was originally thought that the couple had called off their wedding and decided to split up entirely. Cena appeared on the Today Show earlier this week and stated that he now wanted to get back together with Nikki and start a family with her. The fact that the timing of Nikki and John’s relationship healing coincides perfectly with the upcoming season premiere of Total Bellas on E! has made fans increasingly more suspicious that the breakup could be an elaborate work. However, during an appearance on ET Canada Live, Bella claimed that the breakup is not part of any sort of strategy or storyline.

Impact Wrestling has been shuffling the roster around quite a bit over these last few weeks. After Scott Steiner returned to Impact a few weeks ago, he formed a bond with former world champion Eli Drake. The unusual pairing then went on to win the Impact Wrestling Tag Team Championships at the promotion’s recent Redemption pay-per-view. However, on last night’s edition of Impact, Steiner accidentally hit Drake with a chair during a tag team title match against Andrew Everett and DJZ. Everett took advantage by hitting a Shooting Star Press to get the win, which means that Everett and DJZ are now the brand new Tag Team Champions in Impact Wrestling.

The Big Show is one of the most respected and longest-tenured members of the WWE roster. Some fans may have been surprised not to see Big Show appear at WrestleMania 34 or at the Greatest Royal Rumble show, but during an appearance on the Steve Austin Show podcast, Big Show noted that he missed his Greatest Royal Rumble appearance due to an issue during his hip surgery. A 3.5 centimeter hole in his leg convinced WWE to leave him off of the show. During the interview, Big Show also noted that he recently signed a new three-year deal to stay with WWE. The former world champion now serves as a Brand Ambassador while also working with a reduced wrestling schedule.
