According to Mundo Deportivo, PSG offered Barcelona’s Neymar a whooping €40m a year net and yet the Brazilian signed a contract extension with Barcelona for just €15m a year net.

On top of the enormous salary that Neymar was offered by PSG for a five year deal, which would have seen Neymar earn €200m net over the course of such a contract, should the Catalan paper’s figures be believed, the same report also claims that Neymar was offered a €40m signing-on bonus, plus a 30% investment into a “Hotel Neymar” in Brazil and as €3m donation to for the creation of the Neymar Institute.

This report furthers claims that PSG went after the Brazilian in an enormous way this summer.
