WWE recently had a live event which emanated from Anaheim, California. According to Sportskeeda, the show still managed to live up to it’s hype despite having a number of issues with the ring and the superstars’ ring gear and attire. As previously reported, one of the most unforgettable and memorable moments of the show was during the main event in which Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins teamed up against Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre, but when McIntyre was whipped into the ropes mid-match by Rollins, the top rope completely snapped and McIntyre then fell out of the ring. The match continued without a top rope and the two former Shield members picked up the win before Rollins then celebrated by swinging the broken rope above his head and almost taking out his own partner. The ring wasn’t the only issue WWE was experiencing during their live event in Anaheim as during the match between former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto and current WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander, the current WWE Cruiserweight Champion accidentally ripped off his Kalisto’s mask. Kalisto was then forced to hide his face in the corner while the referee was picking up his mask from the centre of the ring then handed it over to him. Kalisto then rolled out of the ring to put his mask back on before he and Alexander could resume the match. It was Alexander who came out on top in the end, but since it was a face vs face match, Alexander raised Kalisto’s hand after the match as a way of showing him some respect.
