20 Minutes and Ouest-France report that Ligue 1 side Nantes are weighing up signing 27-year-old Algerian international right-back Mehdi Zeffane on a free transfer.

It is understood that Zeffane could be interested in the move, having been without a club since leaving Brittany rivals Rennes in June when his contract expired.
