Late on Friday, Marseille confirmed the contract extensions of club manager Rudi Garcia and Sporting Director Andoni Zubizarreta until 2021, which is an additional two years added on to their pre-existing deals.

Both men came into the club in October 2016 and have been responsible for the recruitment and coaching that has seen OM become a significant force in Ligue 1 once again, as well as competing at a high level on the European stage, having made the Europa League final last season, only to lose out to Atletico Madrid.
