Taking serious note of the ‘communal’ comments made by Yogi Adityanath and BSP supremo Mayawati the Election Commission has barred the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister from campaigning for the next three days.

Mayawati too was found to be violating the Model Code of Conduct and has been barred from the campaign for 48 hours. The two have also been “censured”.
