The next NXT Takeover event will be taking place in Chicago, Illinois on the night before the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. Although the show is still several weeks away from taking place at this point, one of the title matches for the show has already been announced. After defeating the Undisputed Era on NXT last week, it has been confirmed that Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch will be facing Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly with the NXT Tag Team Championships on the line. This is the first Takeover appearance for both Lorcan and Burch. If the duo beats the Undisputed Era again, they will win the tag team titles. NXT Takeover: Chicago takes place on June 16th.

Ever since Ronda Rousey joined WWE earlier this year, she has already gotten the chance to entertain and impress fans all over the world. She just recently took part in WWE’s European tour wherein she fought in multiple European nations over the past two weeks, but it looks like Rousey will be fighting again in Asia very soon. WWE just announced plans to host a live event in Osaka, Japan later on this year. In addition to all of the usual Raw talents competing on the show, it was confirmed that Ronda Rousey will be in action as well. The show will be taking place in the Edison Arena on August 31st. An opponent for Rousey has not been announced for the show as of yet.
Impact Wrestling has been building up some impressive relationships with a few different promotions over the past few years. Impact has been working with Pro Wrestling NOAH, AAA, and the stars of Lucha Underground, and Impact even hosted an ‘Impact Wrestling vs. Lucha Underground’ event in New Orleans last month. It has just been announced that Impact will now be putting on a show called ‘Impact Wrestling vs. the UK.’ Impact will be returning to the United Kingdom during Wrestling MediaCon on September 9th. The promotion has issued an open challenge to any UK promotion who wants to take part in the event. Tickets will be going on sale at www.ringsideworld.co.uk on May 25th at 10am UK time.
