The Latest On Paige’s Injury Status

According to PWInsider.com, Absolution leader Paige is backstage at WWE Raw tonight in Memphis, however WWE is keeping her out of the ring as she is not yet cleared to return to action.

As noted, Paige suffered an injury back at the December 28th WWE live event, when Sasha Banks hit her with a stiff kick during a six woman tag team match.

Paige has been on the road with WWE ever since the injury, however she has not wrestled since the live event bout.

Big Update On Neville’s Current Situation With WWE

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE and Neville remain at a standstill with regards to Neville’s contract status. Meltzer added Neville indeed wants to leave WWE, but the company will not grant him the release and is instead making him sit out the remainder of his contract.

There was speculation that WWE and Neville could come to some form of agreement which would see Neville return to WWE TV, however that does not appear to be happening and Neville is likely finished with the company when his contract expires.
