COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — The NJCAA Softball Players and Pitchers of the Week were announced Wednesday by the NJCAA National Office for all games played during Week 12 of the season – April 10 – 16.

For the second time this season Pima’s (Ariz.) Mandy Lorenson earned NJCAA Division I Pitcher of the Week, while Brynn Minor of Butler (Kan.) earns DI Player of the Week honors. In DII, left fielder Morgan Heckman of Lincoln Land (Ill.) and Parkland (Ill.) pitcher Jaclyn Thompson garnered the accolades. Finally in Division III, third baseman Peyton Arenson from Harper (Ill.) and Marissa Stadtmauer pitcher out of Ocean County (NJ) took home the awards.
