Current WWE NXT Champion, Tommaso Ciampa, has provided an update on his health following his recent neck surgery, posting a hilarious picture.

Ciampa shared a photo of himself and “goldy” to Twitter during WWE Fastlane, with the NXT Championship having a bandage around it to show that he is injured. Ciampa stated that Goldy and himself are on the fastlane to recovery.

It is still expected that Ciampa will have to vacate the NXT Championship at the next set of WWE NXT tapings due to the situation.
