— Drake maverick runs down the amazing 100th episode of 205 live before getting into tonight action hyping up former friends Brian Kendrick vs Jack Gallagher. The main event will be a number 1 contenders match between the “heart of 205 Live’ Mustafa Ali and Tony Nese to challenge Buddy Murphy for the Cruiserweight Championship.

Jack Gallagher(w/ Drew Gulak) vs The Brian Kendrick

Jack Gallagher makes his entrance as the commentary team replays the video from last month of The Brian Kendrick attacking Drew Gulak after a PowerPoint presentation. The Brian Kendrick makes his entrance with more intensity then usual. Drew Gulak is on Commentary. Kendrick starts the match by unleashing a fury of punches on Jack Gallagher, Gallagher slides out of the ring but Kendrick hits a baseball slide. Gulak distracts Kendrick long enough for Gallagher to slam Kendrick into the ring apron and throw him back into the ring for a 2 count.  Gallagher slowly picks apart Kendrick, hitting a knee to the face to Kendrick then a elbow drop on a laying Down Kendrick for a 2 count. Gallagher kicks Kendrick in the face but Kendrick keeps calling for more. Kendrick lures Gallagher in the corner and boots him in the face to start making a comeback.

Kendrick and Gallagher exchange punches in the middle of the corner, Gallagher tries a headbutt in the stomach but Kendrick fires back with a dropkick and covers him for a 2 count. Kendrick hits a suplex and locks in the Captains hook but Gallagher gets his foot on the rope before he taps out. Kendrick hits a superkick in the corner as Kendrick is sitting up for the Captain hook , Drew Gulak gets up from the announcers table… Wait its AKIRA TOZAWA to neutralize Drew Gulak. In the Ring , Kendrick hits the Slice bread #2 on Jack Gallagher and covers him for the pin 1..2…3 Kendrick wins with Help from Tozawa!

— Drake Maverick and Cedric Alexander are backstage, Drake Maverick is explaining to Cedric Alexander why he isn’t getting his rematch. Drake explains It would be unfair to put Cedric in a rematch with Buddy Murphy when he isn’t on the top of his game. He explains he’s on a 3 match losing streak and when he gets back to his winning way Cedric can have his rematch. Cedric says he understands and when that happens he wants his Cruiserweight championship rematch.

Gran Metalik (w/ Kalisto and Lince Dorado) vs A Local Competitor

Gran Metalik starts the match by spring-boarding off the ropes into a back flip then taunts the local competitor.  Metalik hits a chop, then a Slingblade, then Gran Metalik walks the top rope and hits an amazing elbow drop for the quick victory!

Winner: Gran Metalik

After the match TJP attacks Gran Metalik then takes off Metalik’s mask and runs off with it as the rest of Lucha House Party covers Gran Metalik’s face.

— Backstage Buddy Murphy is interviewed about next week about requesting a match with a NXT UK competitor considering they’re in Manchester London next week. The interviewer questions ” What if Tony Nese is victorious tonight” but Murphy brushes it off and walks away.

— Backstage Mike And Maria Kanellis, Maria takes the mic from the interviewers, but as Maria starts the interview with Mike, TJP runs into them. TJP tries offering Mike Kanellis a chance to learn by him but Maria says she knows why he’s here, because he ran into more than he can chew and he needs help. Maria says when opportunities come knocking, we answer. Maria tells TJP let’s go talk business.

— Mark Andrews vs Buddy Murphy for the Cruiserweight championship is announced next week.

#1 Contender’s Match
Mustafa Ali vs. Tony Nese

Mustafa Ali has his Ribs and arm taped up. Tony Nese starts the match by ramming his shoulder into Ali’s Stomach in the corner. Nese Kicks the ribs of Ali then throws Ali into the corner. Ali uses his speed to get out of the corner and his a hurricanrana. Nese is on the apron but Ali hits a dropkick knocking him off. Ali jumps over the top rope for a cross body but Nese Catches Ali and throws him over his shoulders onto the steel ramp. Nese lifts Ali above his head and drops him HARD onto the guardrail. Nese rolls Ali back in the ring goes for the pin 1….2…. and kick out. Nese puts Ali in a submission hold to weaken his ribs, Ali fights out but just as he does Nese knees Ali in the ribs and goes for the pin again. Ali Kicks out but Nese continues to kick Ali in the ribs and toy with his opponent. Ali tries getting something going by hitting a DDT but Nese catches Ali again and hit him with a back suplex. Ali Screams in pain as Nese wraps his legs around Ali’s ribs but Ali doesn’t quit and reverses it into a pin. Nese kicks out at 1 and continues his ruthless attack on Ali by hitting a spinning heel kick to his ribs.

Nese drags Ali to the corner and climbs to the second rope but as he’s taunting , Ali takes advantage and takes the feet out from underneath Nese and makes his crash to the ring hard. Nese goes for a 450 splash, he misses but lands on his fit. Ali picks up Nese from a roll up position and hits powerbomb but Ali is too tired to go for the pain. Ali throws Nese out the ring and hits a big Front flip over the top rope. the Heart of 205 live throws Nese back in the ring then heads to the top rope and hits a cross body, he goes for the pin 1…2.. Nese kicks out as Ali is in noticeable pain trying to take deep breathes.  Ali hits a pair of superkicks on Nese , Ali falls into cover but NESE KICKS OUT!  Ali tries going for the 054 but Nese recovers put him on his shoulders, Ali recovers tries to roll him up , runs to the corner and hits Nese with an explosive DDT! Ali goes for the cover 1…2 and somehow Nese kicks out once again. Both these men look like they have nothing left at all but Ali tries to go to the top rope again but Nese Pops up, goes to the second rope, puts Ali on his shoulders and his a Gut-buster from the top rope onto Ali’s ribs, Nese goes for the cover 1,…2… and ALI KICKS OUT HOW!

A frustrated Nese attacks Ali in the corner and rips off his bandages on his ribs the continuously kicks Ali in the ribs over and over. As the ref is backing Nese off of Ali, Ali goes for the roll up 1…2… 3! Ali somehow manages to pull off the win and is the new Number 1 contender! Nese is in disbelief as the ref holds him back.

Winner: Mustafa Ali

Nese looks like he’s going to inflict more damage onto Mustafa Ali but former Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander runs out to help his friend. Cedric teases hitting the Lumber Check but instead he hugs Mustafa Ali and raises his hand. Buddy Murphy’s music hits as he stands on the ramp with Tony Nese staring down his new challenger Mustafa Ali while raising his championship.
